Ordering Cards
Little Gems handmade cards can be ordered direct online and payment made through PayPal.
Payments
Electronic Payments - Pay by Credit or Debit Card
Please note Little Gems handmade cards will never contact you and ask for you for credit card or paypal account details. We will not sell or give out any information about you.
Ordering via email
Alternatively you can order by email, please use the contact form or email address on our contact page. When we receive your order we will email you with confirmation of your order and details of how to pay.
Cheque Payments
Please do not send cheques until you have received your order confirmation email.
Payment by cheque is in ŁUK only. Cheques should be made payable to A.Stone and sent to :
Alison Stone, 63 Wentworth Road, Southend on Sea, Essex SS2 5LF
Cards are only despatched on receipt of payment.
Delivery and Postage and Packaging
Postage and packing is free to UK addresses. International orders, please contact us before ordering for postage information and costs.
Deliveries to UK addresses are sent by first class post on receipt of payment.
Please allow up to 14 days for UK delivery.
Terms
When you place an order you will be sent a confirmation email within 24 hours, if you wish to cancel please do so by replying to the confirmation email immediately.
If you are not entirely happy with your order please notify us immediately, cards must be returned still sealed in original packaging within seven days of delivery. Full refunds can only be given if the goods are returned in a saleable condition. Personalised or bespoke cards cannot be returned.
Little Gems handmade cards are not suitable for children under 3 years as they contain small parts.
